This Privacy Policy explains what information CricBooking (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and booking platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using CricBooking, you agree to the practices described here.
We do not currently process payments directly through CricBooking, so we do not collect or store card details.
A venue's owner can see the name of a player who books their pitch, for the purpose of managing that booking. Other players never see your booking history or contact details. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
CricBooking is built on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf to run the platform:
We don't use these providers' data for advertising, and we don't sell your information to anyone.
Your data is stored with Supabase using row-level security, meaning access to your data is restricted at the database level to you, the relevant venue owner (for bookings on their venue), or a platform administrator — not just enforced by the app's interface. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no website or online service can guarantee data is 100% secure — we can't promise CricBooking is immune to every possible security risk.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
We may update this Privacy Policy as CricBooking evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do.
